PTSO Announcements and Upcoming Events
Otis Spunkmeyer: The deadline to turn Otis orders in is almost upon us. Please turn in all orders and money next Tuesday – Halloween, so we can get them into the company and schedule delivery. Delivery usually takes about 3-4 weeks, so please be aware that we will probably receive them in the first week of December. Thanks for your hard work in helping us achieve our playground goals. Papa Johns Pizza HPA Night: Papa Johns is helping us raise money! Please consider pizza from the Papa on Wednesday evening, October 25th. Please mention HPA when you order. Friday PTSO refreshment sale is this Friday, October 27. Items are $1. Golden Candle Christmas Fundraiser: We have been asked to try a fundraiser that would coincide with Christmas gift giving. While Otis is just finishing, the holidays are right around the corner. If you are looking for beautiful, scented candles that would make great holiday gifts, look no further. The fundraiser will start Monday, November 13 and run through Friday, December 1. For more questions on this, please speak with Suzanne Clement 909-205-7363, who is chairing this event. 360 Deli Fundraiser: 360 Deli will be hosting our November restaurant fundraiser on Friday, November 10th. There is no school on that Friday, so it is a perfect day to take your children to lunch at 360 Deli – “Put some Deli in your belly”. Box Tops: Please continue to turn in box tops; the classroom with the most box tops each month gets a free dress day! Project Management: We have a plan for what needs to be done with regard to playground shade and improvements, but are looking for someone who could head up the project as a volunteer – ideally someone within the construction industry. If you or someone you know would be willing to help with this, the PTSO would be truly grateful. Please call Allison Paoli with questions or suggestions: 928-486-8776. Thank you!!!
